What an encouraging story. God works in such miraculous ways; for Matthew to give his life to God shortly before his death and then bring 10 others to Christ after his death is an amazing testimony. I wish I were there to see it. Amazing!
It is also very encouraging to hear that you celebrate your son's life instead of mourning his death. It took 8 months, but God finally gave me that same peace of mind. I lost my husband unexpectantly and was obviously being carried by God for 8 months until I was awaken and then a few months after that given a peace that surpasses understanding (including my own). I love my husband deeply and miss him daily, but I can think about him, remember him, miss certain things about him but not fall into depression. I thank God for that peace of mind.

Matt you always made me laught when I was down. You always made things right when things were bad. You always knew how to make me feel better. I will always miss you. I just wanted to say that I am sorry for your loss. I know that Matthew will be in Heaven when Christ comes back. My Grandfather passed away 21 years ago in December of 1984. I would like to think that your Matthew and my Grandfather will become great friends. They will have much to talk about as my Grandfather was a christian man also. He passed away due to a heartattack when he was 60 years of age. Your son will always have someone to talk to. So he will never be bored.
